The Code of Conduct is our guide to achieving this objective in our\u00a0daily performance regardless of the hierarchical level, geographic location or Group\u00a0company we work for.\u00a0We extend the application of this code of conduct to our\u00a0suppliers and collaborators. It is essential to understand the obligation to respect this\u00a0Code. Grupo Precisgal will actively ensure compliance.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">The Code of Conduct and the Law<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Both employees and our companies\u2019 operations are subject to compliance with the laws\u00a0of the countries in which we operate.\u00a0All of our employees are expected to comply with\u00a0both the Code and applicable laws, rules and governmental regulations.\u00a0Legal\u00a0provisions are often complex and differ depending on the geographical location, so if\u00a0you have any doubts in this respect, you should consult the Group&#8217;s Legal Department.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">4 Your role as a Grupo Precisgal professional<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Your right: to work in an environment with guaranteed compliance with ethical\u00a0principles. Grupo Precisgal is responsible for ensuring an environment conducive to\u00a0compliance with ethical principles. Grupo Precisgal must provide the necessary training\u00a0and time so that all professionals are aware of the principles indicated in the Code of\u00a0Conduct and know how to act in the event of a dilemma.\u00a0All of us who work at Grupo\u00a0Precisgal have the right to work in an ethical environment, so if you are involved in or\u00a0witness behaviour contrary to the principles of the Code of Conduct, you must report\u00a0this behaviour confidentially, through the channels that Grupo Precisgal makes\u00a0available to you. This is especially important in case there are doubts about the legality\u00a0of the behaviour.\u00a0If your duties include team management, you must also:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8211; Display and promote ethically exemplary professional conduct.<br \/>&#8211; Ensure that all members of your team have access to this Code, making sure they\u00a0understand its contents.<br \/>&#8211; Prevent violations of the Code by your team members and do not encourage the\u00a0achievement of results to the detriment of ethical conduct.<br \/>&#8211; Create an environment in which your team members have resolution to questions or\u00a0concerns that may arise. You should not feel obliged to give an immediate response; ask\u00a0for help if necessary.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">Responsibilities for the Code of Conduct<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">All professionals who are part of Grupo Precisgal must know and comply with this\u00a0Code of Conduct.\u00a0You should carefully read all the principles and guidelines set out in\u00a0the Code and ensure that you comply with them in your daily activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Occasionally a situation will arise that is not covered by the Code that will raise\u00a0questions about whether or not the situation complies with the Code. In these cases you\u00a0have to apply common sense, ask yourself:<br \/>&#8211; is this action ethical?<br \/>&#8211; is it legal?<br \/>&#8211; would I feel comfortable if I had to explain myself in a court hearing?<br \/>&#8211; would I feel good if my family knew about this behaviour?<br \/>If the answer to any of these questions is \u00abNO\u00bb then don&#8217;t do it.\u00a0On other occasions, you should seek advice or consult the Ethics Officers when you\u00a0hear phrases such as the following when faced with unethical behaviour:<br \/>&#8211; \u2018Nobody\u2019s going to find out\u2019<br \/>&#8211; \u2018It doesn\u2019t matter how we do it as long as it gets done\u2019<br \/>&#8211; \u2018It\u2019s not right but everybody does it\u2019<br \/>&#8211; \u2018Don\u2019t worry, we do things that way here\u2019<br \/>&#8211; \u2018Do what you want, but I don\u2019t want to know anything about it\u2019<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">5 How to act in the event of a Code violation<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We are all responsible for ensuring compliance with Grupo Precisgal\u2019s ethical\u00a0standards.\u00a0If you see questionable behaviour or believe there may be a violation of our\u00a0Code of Conduct, you must report it immediately. This gives the company the\u00a0opportunity to address the problem and if possible solve it before it escalates into a\u00a0bigger problem.<br \/>You can report in the way that is most appropriate for you depending on the situation:<br \/>-Inform your manager or immediate supervisor.<br \/>-Inform the Ethics Officers:<br \/>Organisation and Resources Director<br \/>Human Resources Manager<br \/>-Report through the Ethics Line available on the Group\u2019s website or through the intranet\u00a0(see contacts section).<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">Anonymity and confidentiality<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">By reporting a possible violation through the Ethics Line you can remain anonymous.\u00a0However, if you identify yourself, Grupo Precisgal undertakes to keep your complaint\u00a0confidential. Grupo Precisgal must investigate the reported facts and respond to all\u00a0allegations.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ethics Officers<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Ethics Officers are the people in Grupo Precisgal in charge of guaranteeing\u00a0impartiality and objectivity in any ethical dilemma presented to them. Any alerts will be\u00a0treated confidentially to determine whether the Code of Conduct has been violated and\u00a0to take appropriate action.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">Anti-retaliation policy<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">When reporting a situation where you believe the Code of Conduct is not being\u00a0followed, you are expected to cooperate and answer questions honestly. Grupo Precisgal\u00a0will guarantee confidentiality and non-retaliation. The Group values employee\u00a0collaboration in identifying and solving problems. Raising a concern or participating in\u00a0a process regarding a violation will not jeopardise the employment, professional status,\u00a0compensation or development of the Group&#8217;s professionals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Grupo Precisgal false accusations must protect anyone who raises a concern in an\u00a0honest manner, i.e. by accurately reporting a fact of concern, regardless of whether or\u00a0not it is ultimately determined to be a violation of the Code.
